Changes to your account
We’re making some changes to your account. This means your billing cycle will change slightly, but it won’t affect your commitment date or price plan. You’ll still have the same UK minutes, texts and internet allowance that you do now.
From now on your Direct Debit will be collected seven days after the date on your bill – this will be on or around the same date as your current monthly Direct Debit. Your monthly UK minutes, texts and internet allowance will now start from your bill date too.
To cover your monthly plan from the first of the month to the date on your bill, your next bill might be slightly more than usual. Don’t worry, they’ll go back to normal after this.
