Connect to SignVideo for BSL

SignVideo enables you speak to our customer service agents using British Sign Language (BSL). 

How it works: 

  • Click the SignVideo link – you’ll be connected to a British Sign Language interpreter 

  • Sign your questions and/or comments to the interpreter 

  • The interpreter will talk to the customer service agent and sign the answers back to you 

You’ll need to make sure you’re authorised to speak on the account you’re calling about. If you don’t have authorisation, please ask the account holder to contact us

Please note you can't use SignVideo to make payments or order new services – we don’t allow interpreters to collect or relay your bank account or credit card details.
