Yes – this was introduced with the iOS 14.5 update that was released on Monday 26 April 2021. You’ll need to ensure that your iPhone 12 is updated with this version of iOS to benefit from 5G roaming. iPhone SE (3rd gen), iPhone 13 and iPhone 14 already came with this update installed.

Note: iPhone 12 was the first iPhone introduced with 5G support in September 2020.
