In the simplest terms, you get to enjoy a device that’s as good as new but with a massive saving – because it’s not brand new in the box (BNIB). You even get the same warranty you’d get with a brand new device. These aren’t pre-owned phones or tablets in the strictest sense, and nor are they refurbished or reconditioned – they’re just new phones that were returned as unwanted. Only pristine devices are re-sold.
With Vodafone you can be sure that your Nearly New device is of the same quality as a brand new device. We only resell devices that are absolutely pristine. But that does mean that our returned-for-resale phones and tablets are available in very limited quantities – sometimes only a few dozens of each device. These offers are available only online and likely to change very quickly.
So don’t delay – if you see something you want, grab it before it’s gone. And if there’s nothing here that interests you today, check back tomorrow. You never know what you might find – or how long it’ll be available.
Devices bought new and returned to us within 30 days are checked, tested and re-packaged in a Vodafone-branded box before being sold as Nearly New. They’re not faulty or damaged – they just weren’t what the original buyer wanted. So you can make great savings and still get the phone, iPad or tablet you want. You’ll also receive the same warranty you’d get with a new device.
Nearly New phones, iPad and tablets come in a Vodafone-branded box containing the device, USB charging cable and a SIM pin, if one is required.
If you need anything else our accessories shop should do the trick.
No – none of our Nearly New range are refurbished or reconditioned in any way.
These are devices that were bought and returned to us within our 30-day cooling-off period, simply because they weren’t quite what the original customer wanted. Only those in pristine condition are re-stocked as Nearly New, complete with a USB charging cable and a SIM PIN (if required).
We don’t refurbish, recondition or repair any faulty or damaged devices for re-sale.
Technically yes – these are second-hand phones as they’ve previously been owned by another customer.
But, unlike other pre-owned phones and tablets on the market, the previous owners have returned these phones barely used – if they’ve even used them at all. They’re devices that were bought and returned to us within our 30-day cooling-off period, simply because they weren’t quite what the original customer wanted. Only those in pristine condition are re-stocked as Nearly New, and you’ll also receive the same warranty you’d get with a brand new device.
